26th birthday

It was baby birthday.

I wanted to make something for him, something cute but yet stupid and funny. And i happen to see this particular "Sew your own doll" online, so decided that it was quite a nice gift.

Bought it from Australia and got it flown over to singapore maybe 1-2 weeks before his birthday and started to work on it. Its so cool. They just gave you a few pieces of cloth and a step by step guide and there you go, making your first doll..

Well, this is the package itself and what it contains.

These are all the parts which i cut them out one by one.

Sew the lace on for the little dress for the doll.

Cut out the legs, cut out the front and the back of the shoes and sew them all together!

Then i pin out the body(black poka dots) to the dress(green flower) to the face(white) and to the hair(black).

Sew the hair to the face and a little cute heart shape button as the hair clip.

Stuff the leg which cotton wool which i had to get it myself.

Sew everything together!!!

And there you go! My first doll. Miss Button!! Cute right?! Effort leh okay? Took me a few nights to finish while i was on the phone with you.

But i know you wouldnt like it as much as your second gift!!!!
Aiya, you know me, i like to always give u some nonsence stuff. Heh!!

And SO!!!

The "TAHTAH" gift for you is a Gshock Gulfman GW9100!

I really hope you like it too.
Eh, dont play play leh, take aeroplane from US to Singapore de hor.

Anyway, its a very fantastic watch. Do take a couple of minutes to find out more about it okay??

Okay so, on the day of the birthday itself, went downstairs to get some wrapping paper. Specially pick out a coloufull one, somehow look a little kiddy(But i like), for you.

Dress up, make myself look good for you.

And wait for you to pick me up.

Went straight to Vivo where I had already book tickets for "UP". Gold Class tickets! I have never been there before, and i know neither do you. Its quite expensive for movie tickets but nevermind la once a year only and i doubt we will go there again anyway. Heh.

Dont blame me for being a sua gu. But it so beautiful inside. There is still a little blanket for you and the armchair is so super duper comfortable, adjustable someone. Maybe, just maybe they could make the chair into a massage chair too. That will just be so awesome!! hehe!

Movie was great. Environment was fantastic.

Treated baby to this place for dinner, its pretty nearby Vivocity.
Its called Verve Bar & Bistro!
Orginally, it used to be The Turquoise, but there is a change of management, but hey, its still damn good la.

Personally, I love that place. Its very quiet and you get a feel of nature!

After looking at the menu, we decided to give a try to whats best over there.. And it DID NOT disappoint us! Its so freaking delicious okay?!

Baby ordered the Strawberry Lemon Freeze.
And I had the Mint Lemonade Soda. No picture of my drink, i think i accidentally deleted it.
Drink was normal.

Oh, they serve complimentary homemade bread.. Yummy! The yellow sauce is actually butter. The black sauce taste a little like vinegar, not too sure what is that though.
Nice!

Next, was Calamari. It sounds like a normal dish which you can buy from swensen. But its not okay? Its not at all. Its just so delightful. So crispy from the outside and yet so crewy inside. I dont know la, maybe i am just very hungry then. But its delicious!

Okay okay, here comes the main course. Pork Rack with asparagus and roasted sweet potatoes! Oh my goodness. I dont really want to go into detail for this dish. Looking at the photo makes me hungry already. One word to describe: Heavenly!

Another main course. This one die die must try.
Its called the Enzo.
Thin crust pizza with peking duck top with japanese cucumber and so spring onions!
Weird as it might sound, but it is a dish that you can never go wrong.
I love it to bits!

Service there was great too! There is no need to walk over to get them or to wave at them to get their attention, they will come to you automatically.

When the sun start to set, the whole place became very romantic, a nice place to chill out.

Well, thats our dinner! Happy birthday honey! I hope you enjoy the day as much as i do! Muacks!

Random post:

Cute Mickey Mouse keyring from HK disneyland. A gift from baby's friend .

And of course, not to forget more photos of Ikea!
How can the little girl be forgotten.

Birthday

It was baby's dad's birthday today. Had dinner at Kuishinbo Suntec! Buffet was great man! There are so so many choices. Ebi Tempura, Dobinmushi, Kaminabe(Mini steamboat), Sashimi, Waygu beef, lots and lots of desserts, mochi, green tea ice cream, eclair.

Wah.. thinking about it makes me hungry again. heh...

We reach there pretty earlier, so while waiting around, snap a couple of stupid photos. :p

After dinner, went back to baby's place, cut the cake, stay for awhile then head home.

Ikea always want a bit of the action.

A few days back, was meddling with the functions of the 8 megapixels phone. I found out about this new function for the camera. It alows me to take mutiple shots of fast moving objects.

So Ikea became our guniea pig.

Her first jump for her ball ball..

Her second jump...

Was pretty impressed with the photos, thought it was great!

Coming up next.. baby's birthday.

Ikea again

We went out today and brought Ikea along, dont wanna leave her at home alone. And we figured that we wont be going anyway that dont allowed dogs anyway.

Head over to Lavenda, collect baby's bag that was supposed to be collected donkey years ago. Was pretty early then, so we decided to head over to Macritchie Reservoir to walk the little girl.

She seems to really enjoy the walk. That cute little thing.

There was one point where she keep on smelling the leaves and she just sat down there and refuse to move. I guess she enjoy nature too...

Ikea's photoshooot!!! Heh.

Random photo taken outside van near Mustafa! Dont we all love Mustafa?! 24 hrs shopping centre leh! So shiok!!!

Baby's sister 21st birthday. Little bbq.
Pretty photos!!

Oh, we are going for a car boot sale on the 22th and the 23th of AUG at East Coast, Big Splash!! So excited! I cant wait for it!

I love us as a couple, we always do coool stuffs! Remember?

We even went to Sungei Road to set up a stall.

We went extreme hiking in the woods which involved a parang, chopping down smaller trees and branches so that we can move. To walk 1metre we need 5 minutes okay? Imagine! I was even getting depressed at a point lor. So funny...

We went geocaching, searching for 'treasure' all over singpore.

Seriously sometimes i wonder what couple do besides the normal routine thingy, watch movie, accompany the girl to shop, dine at some restaurant and this repeats itself again and again.

But i really think we are a great couple. Dont we honey?! :p
