Ikea and Choya

Ikea has a new friend!

She is a beagle and her name is Choya!!!

Technically, they are not friends yet. Our Ikea is rather human like and she sees herself as a person. Hahaha! We are really trying hard to make her like Choya!

Our dear Ikea was trying the whole day to exercise her dorminance on Choya.

She is a cute little beagle anyway. Probably 8 months.

I tell you, its not easy to get them to sit and pose for a photo together.

They just refused to be close to each other.

She is really heavy. :(

Stray babies!

Here is our lovely strays babies again!

I think Barky is seriously gone for good. Haven seen her for at least about 2 weeks plus already. I hope someone kind soul had picked her up and brought her home. She still the cutest of the pack afterall!

She is always the one that is most excited to see us when we are there. Seriously, I kind of miss her man.

Anyway, we decided to get collars for the rest of them. Hesitated for a bit abt this collar issues because Baby is afraid that I will get too attached to them that if someday they disappear, I will be heartbroken.

Anyway, this is Dusty. The next cutest after Barky. And we have all shifted our attention to him. Hehehe!

Hate the flash, it made the dogs have ghostly eyes.

No collar for Xiao Hei as he is super scared of humans. Cant even pet him on his head la!

Missing Barky

Barky was missing for the past few days.
We thought our worst fear had came true, she was being knocked down by a vehicle.

And yesterday, when we were feeding the rest of the them, Barky reappeared.

At the corner of my eyes, i saw something brown. And Barky was the only one with brown patches! We were so damn happy la! She's back!!

While she bellied for us, we were stroking her, and realised she had stiches on her tummy! She was sterlized! And her ear was clipped too! So AVA actually caught her back to sterilized her, kept her for a few days and brought her back here!

Good la. She cannot have babies! Its better for herself anyway.

Awwww!!! Anyway, I am so so happy she back! At least all my babies are safe!!! :)

Feeding Strays Dogs.

Its been a while since i blog about something.

Anyway, have been feeding stray dogs these few days.
Now I understand why people feed strays cats.
There is a strong sense of satisfaction.

It started when one day baby happen to drive past some industrial areas, and we saw some doggies around there. They were pretty cute actually, and they definitely have some Jack Russell blood in them. So they actually look abit look abit like our Ikea.
In the vehicle there is a can of dog wet food, so we decided to open up for them to eat.

The next day, when i went to work, i just bought some commercial brands dog dry and wet food. Its cheap la compared to what Ikea is eating. But I also cannot afford to feed them everyday very broke man. But I will try to do it once in awhile if possible.

The doggies were so cute, though they still dont allow me to pet them, but I believe if I go there more often, eventually they will let me.

There were 5 of them, one look like the mother and its seems pregnant. Maybe 1-2 months later, there will be more puppies!!!

I felt so happy. :D

Hachiko

Haven been watching much movies recently.

The most recent one i watch is Haciko!

OMG! Love the show a lot man!

And I cried lor. it was so touching. Imagine a dog so loyal, waited for the owner for 9 years at the same particular spot. Because the owner died at his school and didnt return since that day the dog send him off at the train station.

Its a must watch! Go watch go watch!

It is based on a true story. The Japanese felt that the dog was so loyal that they built a statue at the spot where he always waited for the owner. The dog even died at the spot okay.

Goodness, feel like crying again.

I wshed that Jiajia was half like that man. hahah.

But oh well, still love Jiajia a lot alot!

I'm so tired.

Everyday slept at 3am and will wake up at 7am for school. Worst of all, Sat have became a school day for me as well. Imagine the struggle every morning, trying to persuade myself to drag my lazy ass out of bed.

School's fine anyway, just the morning part.

Oh well, just have to get this course over and done with. I don't have much time to waste anymore.



Everyday, I will look forward to see the little girl. She is the only one that is so excited when she sees you. Licking your face and ear all over. How sweet is that?

She is such a lucky girl. She even have a nice red bed from Ikea(the furniture mall), a blanket and a pillow. Oh, she has 2 beds by the way, one in the room, one in the hall. I dont even have 2 beds!!!!

Do you know, she loves milk so much..
Right from day one when we first got her, she's been drinking milk till now.
But its only recently, we changed it to the milk that is meant for dog, which is lactose free.
She used to drink the normal milk that human drink but it is not supposed to be that way as dogs are lactose intolerance. :D

Last Thursday, when I was working, saw this puppy there. Some irresponsible owner bought it and realise that she does not know how to take care of the dog. So, we asked us to help her sell away the dog.

It is a six months old Maltese but the groomer gave it a Schnauzer cut. Its so cute, but so skinny. Poor little dog.

If i could, i would have already brought it home. Mother was pretty interested in it.
But too bad it is a white dog, very hard to maintain, tear stain and all.

I hope the puppy will get a good home soon.

Something that will keep me occupied and damn excited for a while.

Baby and I decided to go to taiwan early next year, maybe March or April. We always spend our yearly anni oversea, do u realise baby? And next year would be our 4th year together. Time flies.

So right now, I could start looking around and planning for the trip. Everything is going to be free and easy, and we can go wherever we want!

But meanwhile, before Taiwan, maybe we can go Bangkok this december and shop till we drop!

Dairy Farm Nature Reserve

When I was working yesterday, this customer brought in a bird, which everyone thinks that it is a King Fisher. Apparently, according to our vet there, its not going to be able to survive long, it cant even fly. So poor thing. Its quite pretty too. We just put it somewhere in our store, just waiting, really just waiting..

There is this puppy there. Its sooooo cuteee!!!!! Look at the way she sleeps. Its a Welsh Corgi, when it grows up, its going to look like a sausage dog..

Last Sunday, we brought Ikea to this new park at Bukit Timah, called Dairy Farm Nature Reserve. Had a good 30 mins walk and managed to reach this pretty place. There was quite a lot of people there, esp families with kids, its sunday, family day. But it kinda feels like our own little family day too with Ikea. Stayed there for a while, snap a few photos..

Ikea being the most adorable baby there, even little girls want to take her photo. While we were leaving the place, apparently, Lee Hsien Loong was there, I dont know what, maybe some opening ceremony.. We even walk pass him but didnt know, only until later we overheard some conversation, some kid telling the father that he miss the good show. Only then we realise. It was a nice place, and I would like to be there too, and with our little JiaJia.



Oh ya oh ya oh ya!!!!! Great news to share.
Baby is in the Subaru Impreza Challenge! We managed to call into the radio station yesterday night.

So cool la! Last year, I was in the challenge, and this year, baby was in and he say all he wanted was just to break my record. Hehehhehe! Cant wait! So exciting!!!
